I am a Web Developer with more than six years of experience.  All of my work has been in the Portland, Oregon area, developing web sites for large and small firms.  I am looking for contract, part-time or permanent employment in the close-in Portland area (downtown preferred).  Please see my resume and several samples sites for examples of this work.

Web: My experience includes a substantial working experience with HTML 4.0, DHTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) 2.0. Preferred Editors include Macromedia's HomeSite and Dreamweaver. My programming background includes JavaScript, Visual Basic, Pascal, AutoDesk's AutoLISP and a number of scripting macro languages. This work has resulted in more than ten Megs each of HTML and PC source code.

Multimedia: I have a decade of experience using PhotoShop and several dozen other graphic tools.  I have also made a number of relatively complex ‘Flash’ animations and embedded Streaming media with attached audio files.  Additionally, AutoCAD has been a useful tool, on occasion, to develop a 3D image.

UNIX: My UNIX experience via TELNET covers nearly a decade using commands such as CHMOD and GREP.

WINDOWS: I am competent in most aspects of, DOS through Win 2000, the MS Office 2000 suite (in order; Word, Access, FrontPage and Excel).  My programming background includes JavaScript, Visual Basic, Pascal, AutoDesk’s AutoLISP and a number of scripting macro languages.  This work has resulted in more than ten Megs each of HTML and PC source code.

Wireless network: I am currently installing of a IEEE 802.11b access point to supply web content, files from a file server and Streaming media to a number of my neighbors and an adjoining business.
